Cohort 4: Live Interactive Workshop Series
Wednesday December 4th & 18th (5:30-7:30 EDT)
Wednesday January 8th and 22nd (5:30-7:30 EDT)
-
The purpose of this live and interactive workshop series is to empower members of the ABA community with a more comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care, including a foundational understanding of traumatic stress, burnout, and how that shows up in our work.
-
The program is split into 4 interactive and live workshops (up to 8 CEUs for BCBAs) with space for individual reflection, equitable sharing, group discussion, examples, question and answers, and embedded wellness practices.
-
During each workshop, Jessica will "model the model" by embedding trauma-informed teaching and leadership practices with practices that can be utilized in your personal life, within your teams, and/or with your clients and students.

The Impact So Far:
“Jessica Woolson is an incredible BCBA and a friend of mine who is on the mission to bring wellness and happiness back to so many who love ABA but have found the industry demoralizing and defeating.
"I felt very comfortable sharing relevant experiences with the group and having open discussions about some tough topics. I feel empowered after this workshop to do better in the field of ABA and take this knowledge I’ve gained and continue to better myself as a clinician!"
"I realized that I THOUGHT I was engaging in self-care more than I actually was. This workshop series brought that to my attention as well as how I can support my staff and clients to also engage in self-care that benefits their wellbeing. The language given and resources provided will help me educate other as well as lead by example."
"As a presenter, she was offered both a compassionate and honest perspective and truly modeled what she presented. I think this is a great series for those value growth and value offering wholesome quality services to their clients. It's a must!"
