The truth is: Too many of us are trying to give our whole heart to our work, our relationships, and our families while we're disregarding this simple truth: we are human.
We were never meant to navigate this journey alone.

I'm Jessica
I have worked in behavioral healthcare and education for the last 10 years alongside countless parents, educators, and clinicians. During that time, I have found that many things can be true:
You can care deeply for the world and people around you and struggle to care for yourself. You can know "all the things" about how to teach and change behavior and still be struggling with yours. You can love the work you do and the people in your life and still be exhausted, depleted, and emotionally maxed out.
Most importantly, you are not alone. I've been there and I've worked alongside many people who have been there as well.
What It's Like to Work With Me:
- A Space to be Heard: I will invite you to participate throughout our work together and offer you a supportive, non-judgmental space to be heard. We’ll dive into the specific challenges you’re facing personally and/or professionally and how they impact your well-being, relationships, or career.
- Science-based and Holistic: I will offer you a blend of behavior analysis, acceptance and commitment training (ACTr), and other mindfulness-based practices as we explore practical and accessible ways to support you in your every day life. You'll always get the "why" behind what I am offering and have space for questions and reflections.
- Continuous Collaboration: I trust that you know yourself best and always honor the wisdom you bring to our sessions. We’ll co-create a plan based on your needs, whether it's engaging in more mindful self-care, reducing your workload, setting boundaries, allowing yourself to rest, or re-aligning with your values.
